These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IsrealChiwbrif website at isrealchiwbrif.com (the “Site”) and any related services, audits, reports, and consulting we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site or requesting an audit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

IsrealChiwbrif (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services that help local service businesses improve how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot) discover, cite, and recommend them.

2. Our services

We offer AI-visibility audits, reports, and optimization work. A free audit is provided for evaluation purposes and carries no obligation. Paid engagements, deliverables, scope, and fees are agreed separately in writing (by email or proposal) before work begins.

3. No guarantee of results

AI answer engines are operated by independent third parties and change their models, rankings, and behavior at their sole discretion. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific ranking, citation, recommendation, traffic, lead volume, or revenue outcome. Any scores, estimates, or projections we share (including any “AI Referral Score” or lost-lead estimate) are illustrative and based on signals available at the time; they are not promises of future performance.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your practice and website.
• Ensure you have the authority to request an audit for the website you submit.
• Implement recommendations lawfully and in line with each platform’s guidelines.
• Not misuse the Site (no scraping, overloading, reverse-engineering, or unlawful use).

5. Fees and payment

Where paid Services apply, fees, timelines, and payment terms are stated in your proposal or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due as invoiced and are non-refundable once work has begun, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, our reports, methods, and content are our intellectual property. On full payment for a paid deliverable, you receive a license to use that deliverable for your own practice. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our reports or methods without written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on and reference third-party platforms (AI engines, search engines, review sites, hosting, and form providers). We are not responsible for their availability, decisions, or changes, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IsrealChiwbrif is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the claim. The Site and free audits are provided “as is.”

9. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Site or Services at any time for misuse or breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
